How I Work

I charge an hourly rate for work performed no matter what subject or tasks are involved. If significant travel is necessary, there may be an additional fee(s). Any hardware/software purchased is in addition to my labor fee.

  • In Person — $150 for the 1st hour, $100 each additional hour, 2 hour minimum
  • Virtual — $100/hour, 1 hour minimum

Acceptable forms of payment: Cash, Check, PayPal, Venmo, or Zelle. Invoices provided for all services rendered.

Equipment

I provide support with hardware and software installations; including coordinating with subcontractors, ordering equipment/software, and actual setup.

My experiences include everything from smart home wiring/setup, home audio installations, desktop software configuration, cell phone data migration and setup, and much more. If I don’t have the specific skills necessary for the job, I have a wide range of industry contacts for referrals.

Training

Due to my unique ability to translate “Geek Speak to English”, I provide extensive end user training. Once setup/installation is complete, I will walk you through how to use it including providing written instructions as necessary. I believe in teaching users “how to fish” instead of just providing a list of buttons to push. This allows my clients to become more independent over time and makes IT a lot less stressful when updates are pushed.
